W przypadku niestawienia się na wydarzenie, wpisowe nieobecnego gracza zostanie przekonwertowane na nagrody dla pozostałych uczestników oraz na pokrycie kosztów operacyjnych. Regulamin wydarzenia „Warsaw Eternal Challenge Chapter 1: Legacy & Premodern”
1. Organizatorami wydarzenia znanego pod nazwą Warsaw Eternal Challenge Chapter 1 są:
= "Niezły Wyczyn" - fanowski blog Filipa Pawłowskiego;
= Centrum MTG - sklep z grami. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do zmiany regulaminu w dowolnym momencie.
2. Zapis na udział w wydarzeniu oznacza zgodę na wykorzystanie wizerunku uczestnika w celach promocyjnych oraz na udostępnienie decklisty używanej w trakcie turnieju.
3. Zapisanie się na turniej jest równoznaczne z akceptacją regulaminu i potwierdzeniem zapoznania się z jego treścią.
4. Turniej odbywać się będzie w sklepie Centrum MTG w Warszawie, zlokalizowanym przy ulicy Mariańskiej 1 w Warszawie w dniach 26-27 kwietnia 2025 roku.
5. Zapisy na turniej rozpoczną się 1go marca 2025 roku i trwać będą do dnia 26go kwietnia 2025 roku.
6. Rezygnacja z udziału w wydarzeniach przez gracza wiąże się z utratą wpisowego, które wpłacił rejestrując się na turniej. W przypadku takiej ewentualności kwota ta zostanie przekonwertowana na nagrody dla pozostałych uczestników oraz koszty związane z organizowaniem wydarzenia.
7. W przypadku rezygnacji z gry, istnieje możliwość przekazania uczestnictwa innej osobie. Ewentualne zamiany należy zgłaszać organizatorom najpóźniej do 2 dni przed rozpoczęciem turniejów, tj. do dnia 24go kwietnia 2025 roku.
8. W przypadku braku możliwości uczestnictwa organizatorzy proszą o taką informację z możliwym wyprzedzeniem.
9. W trakcie trwania wydarzenia "Warsaw Eternal Challenge... " zostaną rozegrane 2 turnieje, odbywające się w formatach Premodern oraz Legacy.
10. Na terenie obiektu, w którym odbywać się będą turnieje obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz palenia papierosów, wyrobów tytoniowych, e-papierosów czy ogólnie rzecz ujmując innych środków wytwarzających dym i przy tym przeszkadzających innym uczestnikom turnieju. Zabrania się również spożywania alkoholu.
11. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do odmowy wstępu na turniej osobom nietrzeźwym lub takim, które swoim zachowaniem mogą zakłócać spokój innych uczestników turniejów.
12. Uczestnicy wydarzenia są zobowiązani do przestrzegania zasad kultury osobistej. Wszelkie zgłoszenia dotyczące grożenia, wyzywania czy nękania będą rozpatrywane przez Organizatorów w kręgu osób zainteresowanych.
13. Organizatorzy oraz osoby pomagające zorganizować turniej, nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za pozostawione na sali rzeczy.

18. W trakcie trwania turniejów Legacy oraz Premodern przewidziana będzie przerwa obiadowa, która nastąpi prawdopodobnie mniej więcej w połowie trwania wydarzenia. Przerwa ta zostanie ogłoszona z przynajmniej godzinnym wyprzedzeniem.
16. W trakcie trwania turnieju Premodern, przyzwala się na używanie kart z tzw.- złotą ramką ( Gold Border ).
18. W trakcie trwania turniejów Legacy oraz Premodern przewidziana będzie przerwa obiadowa, która nastąpi prawdopodobnie mniej więcej w połowie trwania wydarzenia. Przerwa ta zostanie ogłoszona z przynajmniej godzinnym wyprzedzeniem.

Tournament deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, the absent player's entry fee will be converted into prizes for other participants and to cover operational costs. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another player, please contact the organizers.

Regulations of the "Warsaw Eternal Challenge Chapter 1: Legacy & Premodern" event
1. The organizers of the event known as Warsaw Eternal Challenge Chapter 1 are:
= "Niezły Wyczyn" - Filip Pawłowski's fan blog;
= MTG Center - game store. The organizers reserve the right to change the regulations at any time.
2. By registering for the event, you consent to the use of the participant's image for promotional purposes and to providing the decklist used during the tournament.
3. Signing up for the tournament is tantamount to accepting the regulations and confirming that you have read their content.
4. The tournament will be held at the Centrum MTG store in Warsaw, located at ul. Mariańska 1 in Warsaw on April 26-27, 2025.
5. Registration for the tournament will start on March 1, 2025 and will last until April 26, 2025.
6. If a player resigns from participating in events, he or she will lose the entry fee paid when registering for the tournament. In the event of such an eventuality, this amount will be converted into prizes for other participants and costs associated with organizing the event.
7. If you resign from the game, you can transfer your participation to another person. Any changes should be reported to the organizers no later than 2 days before the start of the tournaments, i.e. by April 24, 2025.
8. If you are unable to participate, the organizers ask for such information as far in advance as possible.
9. During the "Warsaw Eternal Challenge..." event, two tournaments will be held in the Premodern and Legacy formats.
10. Smoking of cigarettes, tobacco products, e-cigarettes or, in general, other substances that produce smoke and disturb other tournament participants is strictly prohibited in the facility where the tournaments will be held. Drinking alcohol is also prohibited.
11. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to the tournament to intoxicated persons or those whose behavior may disturb the peace of other tournament participants.
12. Event participants are obliged to comply with the rules of good manners. All reports regarding threats, insults or harassment will be considered by the Organizers among the interested persons.
13. The organizers and persons helping to organize the tournament are not responsible for items left in the hall.
14. Tournaments will be held on a REL COMPETETIVE basis, with the number of rounds depending on the number of players.
15. Proxies in event decks are as follows:
= Premodern - each deck can contain up to 10 proxy cards, which must be legible, colorful and printed in the original version of the card.
= Legacy - Each deck can consist of 100% proxy cards. They must be legible, colorful and printed in the original version of the card.
